Creative-Change is presented by the award-winning Hollywood film composer, Alan Williams. This multi-media workshop leads participants through interactive learning experiences as Alan defines creativity and how to use the steps of creativity to manage change in business.

As a graduate from Brigham Young University, receiving a Bachelor of Music in Composition, and graduate work from the University of Southern California, Alan has provided unique and memorable musical scores to more than 50 motion pictures and television films in the past decade including the Academy Award nominated IMAX film, “Amazon”, Sony Pictures Classics’ “Mark Twain’s America” and some of the highest rated movies made for television. Alan composed the award-winning score to the animated film, “The Princess and the Pea” and also co-wrote the original songs with Grammy Award winning Lyricist David Pomeranz. He has been awarded the Insight Award for Excellence for his score to “Kilimanjaro: To the Roof of Africa” as well as 10 Accolade Awards for Best Original Score.

Alan has collaborated with Academy Award, Golden Globe, and Emmy Award winners and nominees Barbara Streisand, Cis Corman, Beth Polson, Anne Bancroft, Naomi Watts, Haley Joel Osment, Debbie Reynolds, Mary Tyler Moore, James Earl Jones, Burt Reynolds, Linda Hunt, Eric Stoltz and the celluloid treasure Maureen O’ Hara. He has also had the pleasure of collaborating with the legendary actors Hume Cronyn, Jack Lemmon and Jason Robards in some of their final screen appearances.

In the field of documentaries, Alan has had the pleasure of collaborating with noted oceanographers Howard & Michele Hall (Island of Sharks / Coral Reef Adventure), the world famous mountain climber David Breashers (Everest / Kilimanjaro: To The Roof of Africa) and two of the finest dramatic filmmakers in the field of Large Format Cinema in North America, Canadian Stephen Low (Across The Sea of Time / Mark Twain’s America) and Academy Award Winner Kieth Merrill (Amazon / Grand Canyon /The Great American Cowboy).
