Dr. Brooks holds the role of Vice President of Human Resources for American Addiction Centers, where he provides senior level oversight to the organizational effectiveness, human resource and leadership development initiatives. Prior to AAC he held senior executive roles for The Britt Hunt Company, Cracker Barrell Old Country Stores, Gap, Inc. Accenture, SmithKline Beecham Clinical Labs, Emerson Electric and Gaylord Entertainment Company. Giving back to the community Dr. Brooks serves on boards for the Nashville Chamber of Commerce and LifeWorks Counseling Center. Dr. Brooks holds the degrees of Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology, MBA, MS in Human Resources with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling and a BS in Management. Dr. Brooks lives just north of Nashville, TN with his wife, Darla and three wonderful children; two sons and a daughter. Their daughter was adopted from China and came to her “Forever Family” at 9 months old.

David Polcino, Multimedia Production and Advertising Partner

David Polcino is a 23 year veteran multimedia maverick. In 1990, Dave started his media and game production company, Digital Complete. In the years that followed, he taught and designed the entertainment media courses at the art school, Platt College. He also created and taught similar classes at the University of California, San Diego. He became the Animatics Supervising Editor at Film Roman, the production house for Family Guy, The Simpsons, King of the Hill, and Mission Hill.

Acting as copy writer, editor and transcriber, Dave is credited in Tony Robbins‘ book Awaken The Giant Within. He has also recorded and edited some of the other great motivational speakers, including Wayne Dyer, T. Harv Eker and Robert Allen. He founded the first magazine on CD-ROM, Rombus. Dave programmed, did sound, music and animation on four game titles for Broderbund Entertainment. He designed web sites and multimedia programs for clients including Union Bankers, Disney, Nike, Kraft and Tyco RC.

All the while, Dave still kept his hat in the world of rock and roll as a multi-instrumentalist, singer, song writer, engineer and producer. After his music scholarship to California State Northridge, Dave started playing live shows. He opened for Billy Preston at the Rebuild LA benefit concert, performed at the San Diego Sports Arena Playskool event, had regular shows with his band at some of the best clubs on the west coast, including The Roxy, The Whiskey a Go Go, The Troubadour and many others. He’s released two well-received solo albums under his moniker, Dave Corwin and has composed original music for independent films, commercials and television series including Oskar Knight Near Myth and Love Sick Fool.

Today, Dave is residing in Hollywood, CA and working under his new company name, Noise & Vision, which helps to represent his multimedia production and advertising company’s seasoned and expansive music production services. Dave has retired his stage name, Dave Corwin, and now composes and performs his music as well as directs, films, edits, sound engineers and produces under his name David Polcino.
